cancellation policy

We kindly request a 24-hour notice when cancelling any appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours or no-showing an appointment may result in a 50% service fee due prior to booking your next appointment.

late policy

If you are 15 minutes late or more for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or adjust your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

limited space

Due to limited waiting room space, we request that only scheduled individuals come to the salon during an appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
